I love the folks at the Cogswell Motors Quik Lane! They run an effective and efficient shop! Lisa is the Service Specialist I deal With, and is always welcoming, and attentive to my concerns and needs!! She communicates with mechanics personally when I have questions or concerns. I really appreciate her work ethic and professionalism, as I have dealt with another ford dealership lacking in just that in their service department! I live an hour and 10 minutes from Cogswell Motors, but I will continue to drive here for the excellent service I receive! The sales department is great also, and I wished I could have bought my last Lincoln from them as my husband and I had in earlier years, but the car I wanted was at another dealership. In the future, Cogswell will get all my business, because I realize how exceptional in customer service they are all around! Thanks again to Lisa Kukovich for always going above and beyond! I recently purchased a gently used Lincoln from Cogswell. Shortly after taking it home I discovered that the upper transmission mount was failing. This was a pretty well concealed issue, and I would not have expected it be apparent during an inspection. I spoke with my salesperson, Mr. Colt Short, and ask if they would be willing to replace the mount. Mr. Short went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. My issue was promptly addressed, and my wife is loving her 20th anniversary gift. Many thanks for a very pleasant experience!
