    Came in for a standard oil change and tire rotation. The remodeled facility is a nice upgrade and easy to navigate. Everything was as usual except that it took ~2 hours where it usually takes ~1 hour to complete. That said - I arrived at ~1045 and left at ~1245 so it was during the lunch hour.

    Always helpful. My wife thought the batteries were dead in her Chrysler Pacifica because it wouldn't start. Cogswell is not a Chrysler dealer but said they would check batteries, which turned out to be fine. They didn't charge anything for the time they had it in the shop. Fantastic service, which I already knew about because they have always done the service on my truck.

    Customer service is not dead…. At least not at Cogswell motors, I purchased a used vehicle from them that had a few issues after the purchase, things that they couldn’t have predicted. I called them and spoke with my sales person Jacob and they arranged everything, when they were not obligated to do anything. I live an hour and a half from this dealer and they arranged pickup and repair no questions asked. They now have a customer for life. I will make the drive to Russellville for any all all of my ford purchases both vehicles and parts. Plus they offer tires 10 bucks above cost. Thank you for being an honest up front dealer.

    Everything is great about Cogswell Motors the customer service and the repairs. I travel for my work and I would not purchase a vehicle anywhere else. I only use others shops or quick lanes when I can’t make it home to Cogswell. In my travels and experience with other locations I would say that Cogswell is the best and they treat us right.

    I can't say enough great things about how great Dalton Adams was in helping me find the perfect new SUV...my new 2022 Limited Edition Explorer. He listened to what I was looking for and made an appointment for me to come in and look at a few vehicles and test drive. The very first one he showed me was everything I was looking for which showed me he listened to everything I told him I was looking for...the perfect new vehicle for me. He explained everything to me and said call if I had any questions. Chad Cain was my finance manager and did a great job on getting me in and signing papers as he was aware of my time schedule. The only downside to my visit to the dealership through the entire process was the fact that I felt like Derek Medlock was very unprofessional. While I'm sure he is a valued employee and polite....He was located in the office next to where myself and my daughter were sitting and he was very loud and unprofessional in speaking about a fellow employee and a deal he was supposed to be closing during the same time Mr. Cain was closing my deal. I should not have been able to hear any of his loud, negative and rude remarks. He needs to be mindful when he chooses to act in an unprofessional manner and who is within a listening ear. Everyone else from Dalton, to Doug Via, to other salesmen I was introduced to were very polite. Great Job Cogswell Team! Especially Dalton Adams!

    I was looking for something that would fit 6 people comfortably and tow a 9000lb camper. Of course the ford expedition is the only way to go to check all of those boxes. Unfortunately, there just isn't much on the market and to get the extra 2000lbs of towing, the heavy duty tow package had to be added. So I went online to the ford website and completely customized my expedition. Then, ordered from Jacob Reddell at Cogswell motors. I was expecting it to take about 4 months and it only took 2! Jacob checked all of the incentives and rebates and made sure I got the best deal, even on my custom order.

    Last week we were travelling cross country in our Ford class A motor home when we lost our dash air conditioning. After several Ford dealers refused to help us, I spoke to Lisa Cook in the service department who told me to stop in the next morning at 8:00 am and they would try to help us. They took us right away, and after three hours of work, were unable to find a replacement expansion valve for us which was faulty. The part is not a Ford part, but they tried to cross the numbers to locate one for us. Bottom line is after evacuating and refilling our system with the proper amount of refrigerant, our ac is working better even without the new expansion valve. We were able to continue on our trip for the next six weeks with a tolerable ac system. Our sincere thanks to Lisa, tech Justin, and all who participated in trying to assist us. Cogswell Motors is first class when it comes to customer service!

    Lisa in the service dept was wonderful. She heard me talking to another customer about my check engine light being on. She looked up my warranty and told me if the check engine code was what I think it is then the repair would be covered under my warranty. Even though the truck is 8 years old. I had no idea and it is a $1200 fix. She did this without me asking her. Very GREAT customer service !!!!!!

    On 6 different occasions I had taken my 2015 Ford-150 XLT 4WD to Crain Ford located in Jacksonville, AR. Each time I received my truck back it made the same noise. After paying out almost $8000.00 and my truck not being fixed I decided to take my truck to Cogswell Ford located in Russellville, AR. Lisa listened to the recording of the noise and determined that it was the IWE system. A diagnostic test of the 4WD vacuum lines was performed and it failed. The check valve was replaced and the noise is gone. Thank you so very much for taking care of my truck; I appreciate Lisa and the technician who worked diligently to fix the issue. Outstanding customer service!! I will be back for all of my service needs.

    This place is great. I cant say enough nice things about buying a car from here. I went in to look around and found something I liked. I told them the payments I was shooting for and they took care of everything from there. All I had to do was sign the paperwork. Like I said earlier, I cannot say enough good things. They have nice cars, easy-to-talk-to sales staff, and they stand by their products. The next time I am in the market for a car, I will absolutely go back.     Through no fault of Cogswell Motors, I had to wait about a year and a half to receive my 2022 Ford Bronco. Throughout that period, the Sales Manager David Roberts kept in contact with me to ensure I was up to date with the entire process, and was extremely transparent with ordering and pricing. Sitting down with the Finance department took about an hour, and the Salesman, Dalton Adams, took the time to ensure I was fully acquainted with my new vehicle when I was finally able to take delivery. Overall, other than the wait time caused by extremely high demand for new Broncos, I am completely satisfied by my experience with Cogswell. I highly recommend and commend their staff.

He informed me about the need to replace my cabin air filter and ensured I was in agreement with the replacement and the additional expense. Randy Moore was my shuttle driver who provided me with transportation to and from my home, while my vehicle was in the shop. Randy was courteous and a safe driver. I appreciate both of these men.

Today the mechanic Justin had to ask me some questions on what I was experiencing with my brakes. I was very confronted by his desire to get it right and communicate to me what he found.
