Good service

I love the folks at the Cogswell Motors Quik Lane! They run an effective and efficient shop! Lisa is the Service Specialist I deal With, and is always welcoming, and attentive to my concerns and needs!! She communicates with mechanics personally when I have questions or concerns. I really appreciate her work ethic and professionalism, as I have dealt with another ford dealership lacking in just that in their service department! I live an hour and 10 minutes from Cogswell Motors, but I will continue to drive here for the excellent service I receive! The sales department is great also, and I wished I could have bought my last Lincoln from them as my husband and I had in earlier years, but the car I wanted was at another dealership. In the future, Cogswell will get all my business, because I realize how exceptional in customer service they are all around! Thanks again to Lisa Kukovich for always going above and beyond! Cogswell is better because of people like her and Jason!!

Awesome services will return for sure

I recently purchased a gently used Lincoln from Cogswell. Shortly after taking it home I discovered that the upper transmission mount was failing. This was a pretty well concealed issue, and I would not have expected it be apparent during an inspection. I spoke with my salesperson, Mr. Colt Short, and ask if they would be willing to replace the mount. Mr. Short went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. My issue was promptly addressed, and my wife is loving her 20th anniversary gift. Many thanks for a very pleasant experience!

Great experience start to finish

While traveling to Russellville from Michigan we had a mechanical breakdown. The service manager Keith was very sympathic to our plight and they took care of us and got us back on the road asap. Thanks, from a very grateful visitor.

I had a very enjoyable experience with purchasing with Cogswell Motors using Devin (Sales) and Ed (finance). They were the example of trustworthy sales agents. I don't write reviews often but they deserved a shout out and stayed extra late and were not pushy to get us gone. I am appreciative of the service and my wife is very happy with her new Suv.

Richard was so easy to talk to! He took his time showing me all of the features of the new car I was looking at. He was so helpful and never pushy or aggressive. As a woman, this was not the normal experience I have encountered at dealerships. He was so kind and helpful when I was considering which options were best for my family. Jacob was very helpful when it came time to talk about financing and my options for protection plans. He took his time explaining them fully and never hesitated to answer my questions. He was never pushy. Again, this was definitely not the experience I was expecting. Richard, Jacob, and the team at Cogswell made this process a breeze! I love my new suv!
