Born in Andrews Texas, Roy moved to Prague O.K in 1992 and then relocated to Hot Springs. After graduating high school at Fountain Lake, he played football for the Wonderboys at Arkansas Tech University and earned a B.A. in Management and Marketing. Roy started working at Cogswell Motors in 2004, and he and his wife of 5 years, Candice, live in Dardanelle. She works for the Dardanelle school district, and they both are the youth leaders at Unity Missionary Baptist Church. Roy's hobbies include playing sports, hiking, exercising, and watching sports.
