Ed Schwartz began his career at Cogswell Motors in 1989. A native of Dardanelle, he went on to complete his B.A. in Business Administration at Arkansas Tech University. His wife Kim is a Special Education teacher at Oakland Heights Elementary, and they have 15-year-old twin boys, Greg and Grant. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting and being involved in his sons' activities.

Dave grew up in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois. Having earned Associates Degrees in both Liberal Arts and Business Adminstration from Parkland College, he continued his undergraduate studies in business and marketing/management at Eastern Illinois University.
Taking both his education and experience in the business sector with him, Dave relocated to Arkansas in 1995. In a town south of Mountain Home, he owned a business with a 3-bay shop. He spent his 8 years in this business specializing in tires, brakes, and alignment.Dave's goals as the manager of Quicklane are clear and simple. He intends to lead the Quicklane in providing outstanding customer service along with competitive pricing. He also plans to educate customers on their vehicle's maintenance requirements. This will include guiding the customer in planning for future maintenance needs.This experience served him well as he relocated to Little Rock and worked as Service Advisor at North Point Ford. Although he was very successful there, earning multiple customer satisfaction awards, he wanted to move out of the urban setting and back to a rural area. He chose to relocate to Russellville and join Cogswell Motors after researching the area and the business. The reputation and loyal customer base of Cogswell Motors appealed to him, along with the natural environment of the Russellville area.The next time you're in the area, stop by and introduce yourself to Dave. Jill McSheehy began her career with Cogswell Motors in 2003. She originally worked in sales and finance. Shortly after, Jill moved to the newly-opened Business Development Center, which assists the sales and service departments through phone and email correspondence with customers. It also handles all Internet business as well as customer relations.
A native of Alpena, Arkansas, Jill earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Marketing/Management from Arkansas Tech University. She and her husband Matt have two children; Drew, 5; and Alyssa, 1.

Ken Langford has been with Cogswell Motors for over 30 years. A native of Hector, he served in the US Navy and went on to obtain his degree in mathematics education at Arkansas Tech University. Ken has a son and daughter-in-law, Marcus and Julia, and two daughters, Savannah and Emily. His hobbies include reading, fishing, and watching sports. He attends Russellville Christian Center.

Cathy (Donahou) Huett has been with Cogswell Motors for fourteen years. A graduate of Russellville High School and Arkansas Tech University, Cathy was raised in the River Valley, as was her father Dolon Donahou and mother Frances (Dixon) Donahou.
Cathy is married to Steve Huett and has 3 children, Devin, Jessica, and Silas; 2 step-children, Angie Dunlap and Justin Huett; and 4 grandchildren, Eli and Lillie Huett, and Hudson and Juliet Dunlap. Her hobbies include playing with her grandchild and her poodle and dashound. She is also an associate member of Junior Auxiliary of Russellville and a member of Fellowship of Christians Church.

Keith Holbrook, a native of Russellville, has been with Cogswell Motors since January 2007. Having been in the automotive business for over 10 years, he serves as a sales consultant for both individuals and businesses. Although Keith Criswell has been with Cogswell Motors for over 4 years, he comes from a family in the automotive industry. His father sold vehicles for almost 30 years, and his uncle owned Hopkins Olds Toyota here in Russellville for many years. Keith currently manages the Cogswell Select location on South Arkansas Avenue, where Cogswell Motors sells its higher mileage vehicles. Keith takes great care in these vehicles to make them look and drive their best.

- Born in Andrews, Texas, Roy moved to Prague, Oklahoma in 1992 and then relocated to Hot Springs. After graduating high school at Fountain Lake, he played football for the Wonderboys at Arkansas Tech University and earned a B.A. in Management and Marketing. Roy started working at Cogswell Motors in 2004, and he and his wife of 7 years, Candice, live in Dardanelle. She is a licensed Zumba instructor in Dardanelle, and they both attend Fellowship of Christians.
